Enjoy a full day of skiing at Nekoma Mountain, a lesser-known gem offering outstanding powder and stunning views. Known for its fewer crowds and varied terrain, Nekoma provides a more intimate and peaceful skiing experience, giving you space to explore and challenge yourself.

Your Expert Host: Craig Wilkes, an Australian Ski Instructor with Over 20 Years of Experience

With more than 20 years of teaching experience at Thredbo teaching skiers of all ages and skill levels, Craig brings expertise plus personalised guidance and tips to take your skiing to the next level. Whether you're in a family group or an individual skier, you’ll receive coaching in a relaxed and supportive environment, as well as group skiing sessions to foster camaraderie among the tour group.

Craig’s teaching style focuses on improving technique, building confidence, and ensuring you have fun while progressing. The tour offers the ideal mix of structured guidance and free time on the slopes.

Whether you’re refining your technique or pushing your limits, you’ll receive plenty of one-on-one coaching, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable on the slopes.

Itinerary Overview:

Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Dinner:  Arrive at EN Resort Grandeco Hotel and settle in. Enjoy a warm welcome dinner where you’ll meet your fellow skiers and your host.

Day 2-4: Skiing at Grandeco: Your first three days will be spent at Grandeco Resort. You'll receive daily guiding and have plenty of time to explore the resort's varied terrain.

Day 5: Skiing at Nekoma Mountain:  Enjoy a full day at Nekoma Mountain, exploring its powder-filled slopes and stunning views with your instructor.

Day 6-7: Final Ski Days & Optional Izakaya Dinner:  Finish your ski experience with more time at Grandeco, with an emphasis on tackling more challenging runs and improving your confidence. On Day 6, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a cozy dinner at a local izakaya in Inawashiro, experiencing traditional Japanese dishes.

Day 7: Departure:  Say goodbye to new friends and take home unforgettable memories as you head back to Koriyama JR Station to travel home or to other destinations in Japan.
